AP Voices, founded by Frank Piazza and Ellie Devers is a division of Audio Paint, located on the Upper West Side in New York City. Audio Paint is an audio and video production company providing services to numerous radio, television and music clients throughout the United States.

Ellie and Frank have both been in the voice-over business for nearly twenty years. They began working together since 2001 and bring their shared expertise in the fields of advertising and audio production to each client. Many of their students have gone on to enjoy success in voice-overs throughout the country.

Frank Piazza is the President of Audio Paint in New York City. He is also an engineer, music composer and producer. His work can be heard on TV, film and radio.

As a commercial producer he has directed numerous television, radio and corporate spots. Clients include: HBO, Comedy Central, Glaxo, Grey and Scholastic Publishers. As a music composer he has created original music for film, television and internet usage. Clients also include: Court TV, Nickelodeon, and Disney.

Ellie Devers is a professional voice-over actress in New York City. Her voice can be heard on national voice-overs for FDS, Maybelline, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Dennison's Chili, EPT, Canadian Club, and many more.

Ellie was the creator, host, and writer for the show Pandora on Lifetime Television. She has also been a channel host for Fox Circle Production's fX and a reporter for King World Production's American Journal. She has appeared in numerous guest spots on a variety of national television shows, including One Life to Live, All My Children, Ed, and The Knights of Prosperity.
